What we collect

When you request an opinion of value, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone (optional), the property address and type, your answers to the questions, any notes, and which permission boxes you checked, with the date and the exact wording you agreed to.

To stop spam floods, we keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address. We cannot turn it back into your IP address. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also keeps standard technical server logs for security.

This site has no accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

If you tell us your property is listed with a broker, we do not save your request.

How we use it

To prepare your opinion of value and contact you about it. We text you only if you checked the texting box, and we send market-update emails only if you checked that box. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Where it is kept

Requests are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and sent to Stockton Farnsworth by email. We keep a request as long as we need it to serve you and to keep the business records real estate brokers must keep, or until you ask us to delete it, when the law allows.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with people who help us serve you (for example our brokerage, RE/MAX Associates, as required for licensed real estate activity, and our hosting and email providers) or when the law requires it.

Third-party tracking

We do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity on this site or across other sites.

Do Not Track

Because this site does not track visitors, it treats every visit the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, call or text 801-664-3370. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or tell us.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If we add cookies or analytics, this page will be updated before they go live.
