Who we are

utahbuildingvalue.com is a website of Team Utah Commercial, a team brokered by RE/MAX Associates, 6955 S Union Park Center, Suite 140, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84047. Each Office Independently Owned and Operated. Stockton Farnsworth is a licensed Utah Associate Broker. Real estate licensing in Utah is overseen by the Utah Division of Real Estate.

Opinions of value

A broker opinion of value is a licensed broker's estimate of likely price, based on the information available at the time. It is not an appraisal and should not be used where an appraisal is required, such as for a loan, a tax appeal or a court case. Values change with the market.

Why it's free, and no obligation

We offer opinions of value free because some owners later hire us to sell or lease their property. Asking for one does not create an agency relationship or any obligation. If you hire us, the terms, including how we are paid, are set out in a written agreement first.

Listed properties

If your property is listed with another broker, please ask that broker. We do not take requests on properties that are listed with someone else.
